Assistant Professor at the Chair of Bioethics and Health Psychology, Jagiellonian University Medical College.

Holds a PhD in the field of social sciences and a Master’s degree in legal sciences.

His research focuses primarily on issues related to the prevention of aggressive behavior towards medical staff and on methods of reducing the use of coercive measures in healthcare.

From 2020 to 2024, he was a Core Group member and WP 5 Leader in the project FOSTREN: Fostering and Strengthening Approaches to Reducing Coercion in European Mental Health Services (COST 19133).

Member of the European Violence in Psychiatry Research Group.
