In 1991–1992, member of the KBN grant “Cognitive Correlates of Intelligence”; in 2000–2001, Poland’s representative in the World Health Organization program “Network on Suicide Prevention and Research”; in 2019–2022, participant in the Erasmus+ project “ELLIPSE GATEKEEPER – Lifelong e-learning in suicide prevention in Europe.”
Main areas of scientific and teaching interest include: emotional burden among professionals working in social services, human development following adversity, crisis intervention and suicide prevention, and psychometrics. Member of the Polish Psychological Association and the Polish Psychiatric Association.
